To Accept or Not to Accept (a Buyer’s offer)? That is the Question.

Hi BTC Agents, Great news! You have officially agreed to sell your home to a Buyer. Now what? What happens next? Well, be prepared to be hit immediately with various strict deadlines. If you're like most of us, you are busy and have a lot to plan (you're selling a house, for goodness sake!). You may be tempted to procrastinate… "I'll get to that thing tomorrow." NOT a good idea. Frantically meeting last-minute deadlines can wreak havoc on your deal and could lose your Buyer (or worse). The good news is that your real estate attorney can help you meet contract deadlines and give you peace of mind. So, my best advice is to have your real estate attorney lined up before you get the offer.
