Harvey Weinstein Wants to See Private Dentist While Awaiting Trial

Former film producer Harvey Weinstein asked a judge Wednesday to allow him to see a private dentist to deal with dental problems that are causing him pain as he awaits trial on sex-related charges involving five women.

"I am in pain," the 70-year-old defendant told Superior Court Judge Lisa B. Lench. "This situation is an emergency." 

Weinstein told the judge that his dental issues could be dealt with in "one trip and one trip only" to a private dentist, for whom he would pay the costs.

Wendy Williams Checks Into Wellness Facility for 'Health Issues'

Wendy Williams is taking some take to care for her health.

In a statement to E! News, the TV host's publicist shared that Wendy has entered "a wellness facility seeking help to manage her overall health issues." The move comes a month after Williams' former manager and colleagues spoke out to The Hollywood Reporter about the working conditions at "The Wendy Williams Show" in its final months.

"She is taking some time to focus on her health and wellness as she prepares for a major comeback for the next level in her career with 'The Wendy Experience Podcast,'" the statement continued. "Ms.Williams is being treated by a team of some of the best doctors in the world."

Jury Reaches Verdict in R. Kelly's Federal Trial in Chicago

UPDATE: The jury found R. Kelly guilty on six counts and not guilty on seven counts. Co-defendant Derrel McDavid, Kelly's ex-business manager, was found not guilty on all counts. Co-defendant Milton Brown, a former Kelly associate was found not guilty.

Kelly faced four counts of producing child porn, one of conspiring to obstruct justice by fixing the 2008 trial, one of conspiring to receive child porn, two of actually receiving it and five of enticing minors for sex.

McDavid, along with Kelly, was accused of fixing Kelly's 2008 trial on state child porn charges by intimidating and paying off witnesses.

"After time and consideration, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to separate," Snow wrote on Sept. 14. "This decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives. We started this journey as best friends and our relationship will continue to be a priority not only for us but for our dog Charlie. We sincerely appreciate your support and ask for privacy as we navigate this new chapter."
