Hi Here's your September Off Air Lineup. Check out our upcoming live events below, and if you follow us on Eventbrite, we'll always let you know when there are new events for you to check out.
September is packed with fun and engaging activities. Come out and join us for conversations with authors, a festival in a garden, music and more.
Date: Sept. 10 Admission: Free
Lit Fest: Featuring programming from both WBEZ and Chicago Sun-Times, topics range from romance, environmental justice, music, and social justice. Registration is highly encouraged.
Choir! Choir! Choir!: Join us to celebrate the power of the human voice. Creative directors Nobu Adilman and Daveed Gold will teach audience members an original arrangement to Chicago songs you love.
Fall Harvest: Come out for a live rendition of this recent Curious City episode, which explores how the El Paseo Community Garden was started and the ways it benefits the Pilsen neighborhood.
As the weather cools down, we have some great programs lined up for October. These two events feature what Chicago knows best: hip-hop and comedy.
Date: Oct. 1 Admission: Free
Hip-Hop Celebration: Join us as we celebrate 90's hip-hop with conversation, music, and dance. This event is part of Chicago Park District’s Night Out in The Parks series.
Comedy Showcase: If you want to scream-laugh until your sides hurt, join WBEZ and Las Locas Comedy for this evening celebrating humor and diversity in Oak Park.
